About Shipping:

Shopsosis.com currently ships within the U.S. only.

All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (if selected). Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

Flat Rate Shipping:
Currently, shopsosis.com only offers standard, flat-rate shipping.

Standard Shipping:

$5.00 - orders $1-$55
$8.00 - orders $55.01-$99.99
FREE - orders $100+

ONLINE ORDER - RETURN POLICY:

Free Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $6.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

The Details

All returns must be received within 14 days from the day of receipt.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
Final sale items (anything currently marked down from its original price) are considered final sale.
Jewelry, gift/home items and accessories are considered final sale.
Regular priced items purchased using a promo/discount code can be returned for a refund.
Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
Upon completion of our Returns Form, we will send you information needed for complimentary standard shipping.

Terms & Conditions

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit and/or a restocking fee.
Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package as SoSis is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

How to Make a Return

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
Fill out the Return Form below. Include printed form in your package along with the item(s).
Once complete, you will receive a return label for your package via email in 6-12 hours. Please print and use this label to ship your package.

IN-STORE PURCHASE - RETURN POLICY:

Store Credit Only

Returns of any unworn, unwashed merchandise will be accepted for store credit and will be processed free of charge within 7 days of purchase. During the holidays, SoSis extends this return window and allows returns for store credit of any merchandise purchased from November 15-December 31 through January 15. Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund.
