One Size Does Not Fit All | Introducing Extended Sizes

From the beginning, Annie Claire and I have strived to provide fashion-forward, trendy clothing to women of all shapes and body types. Unfortunately, you may not have seen that vision reflected in our size options - until today!

Today is the day we finally get to share some new arrivals to fit a new kind of woman. Our new Extended Size selection features a few hand-selected pieces we think are trendy, affordable and made in sizes XL+. We know it's really hard to find trendy clothes in larger sizes. So often women ask us what's the largest size we offer. We are so excited to now have a better answer to that recurring question.

Annie Claire and I built SoSis to be a source of inspiration for hard working, empowered women on a mission to make our world better than we found it. We want ALL women to feel beautiful in our products, not just those who fit a certain body type. The average woman in the U.S. wears a size 14, yet plus-size women are the most underserved segment of the fashion industry.

Amanda King, our friend, Annie Claire's sister-in-law and SoSis' first extended size model, says, “I’m not a big shopper, but I can say that it’s hard to find trendy clothes in a larger size that don't cost a fortune. Most of the time, plus size clothes are not stylish at all and resemble clothes my grandmother would wear (no offense Maw Maw).  When I find clothes I like that fit me well, I'll visit the same store over and over again."

Although we wish we could offer every piece of clothing on shopsosis.com in sizes XS - 3XL, it simply isn't possible right now. Most of the brands we carry don't offer a full range of sizes, but you better believe we've noted those that do and will continue to make efforts to add more size options for you as we grow the SoSis brand. We hope you are as excited as we are about this new addition and visit us again soon to see even more of a selection. Please know that these few items are just the beginning of what is sure to be a bigger product offering as SoSis continues to grow.
